For US tourist visa applications, Processing will take place at the United States Embassy in Sri Lanka, 210, Galle Main Road, Colombo 3. Letters should be addressed to the Visa Officer at the mentioned address.

General requirements include:

• Completed Sample Application
• Current and previous passports
• Birth and Marriage certificates
• Employment confirmation with leave approval
• 6 months salary slips
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Travel itinerary / Air Ticket
• Invitation if available
• Proof of financial support

• Business Registration
• Company Form 20 and 48
• Audit Report for last financial year
• Tax documents
