Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided tour of Istanbul’s most famous landmarks. Visit the magnificent Hagia Sophia – a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture, explore the opulent Topkapi Palace, home of the Ottoman sultans and step inside the iconic Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), famed for its blue Iznik tiles. After lunch, walk through the historic Hippodrome Square, once the social and sporting center of Constantinople and enjoy the vibrant Istanbul Tulip Festival at Emirgan Park, where millions of tulips bloom in stunning patterns. Return to your hotel for some rest and relaxation.
After breakfast, drive to the charming city of Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, where you can visit the Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami) with its 20 domes, explore the elegant Green Mosque and Tomb, and even visit the Kozahan Silk Bazaar, famous for its silk products and souvenirs.
